Mobile Service Fee - $85 Initial trip fee charged once per service ticket. Covers 1st and any required subsequent appointments.
Labor Hour - $85 Labor time charged while on location. No minimum required per service ticket.
Towing/Transportation - $2.75/mi We charge this fee for each mile your motorcycle is transported to a different location as necessary.
Extended Service Area Mileage Fee - We no longer charge this fee because we service nearly all addresses up to 30 driving miles from Joelton, TN.
Major credit and debit cards accepted, cash, and PayPal. We do not process Venmo, cash app or similar at this time. Personal checks must clear prior to service and orders.

How We Work
- We work by appointment and immediate dispatch depending on availability.
- You can request appointments by calling us at 615-436-2453, or by filling out a booking request form here.
- Once your request has been received, we will be in contact with scheduling.
- Appointments are confirmed once our mobile service fee invoice is been paid in full and our terms and conditions have been signed.
- It generally takes 1-2 appointments to finish a repair or service.
- You can request appointments by calling us at 615-436-2453, or by filling out a booking request form here.
- Once your request has been received, we will be in contact with scheduling.
- Appointments are confirmed once our mobile service fee invoice is been paid in full and our terms and conditions have been signed.

We offer a 30 day warrantee on all parts and labor Nomads provides.*
Parts
- We can provide and order just about any part and accessory you need for your ride. We are a registered motorcycle dealer and have a vast network of OEM and aftermarket suppliers for nearly everything!
- We will generally purchase OEM parts unless we feel an aftermarket or used part is more suitable.
- We back our parts with a 30 day warrantee free from defect additional to any manufacturer warranty.
- Certain circumstances may require the purchase of a used part if a new replacement is no longer available.
- The price you pay for parts from us is about the same you would at a dealer or even at most online retailers.
- We always provide the best parts available and never factory defects, old, 2nd's etc.
- We generally require prepayment of all parts in advance to installation except for general items we have in stock.
- Old parts will be held until the end of service for your inspection otherwise they will be recycled.
- We DO NOT instal customer provided replacement parts due to warranty, fitment and liability issues. However, some exceptions may apply, ie., customer owned parts original to the bike needing reassembly, Parts we cannot get but approve for installation. Please call prior to service for more information or let us know your plans on the booking request form. We understand you may want to save money buying your own stuff and that's great! In these instances, we also encourage you to provide your own services as well. We love seeing owners work on their own rides and we can sometimes help you through the process with tips and tricks.
